My mission is to prevent tragedies before they occur—to save lives and ease the pain of tears shed for those who may simply have needed a helping hand, a compassionate ear, or support during difficult times.

So I know, it's taken me a moment more than a moment to get this up and running. But I did create an app for suicide prevention. It was kind of hard to incorporate harm reduction in because there's some sensitive things that harm reduction covers that you don't want around suicide prevention. So while I work out the kinks on that I do have a crisis prevention app. That is on the harm reduction page of this website. And I'd like to let people know that if you are facing a time of absolute misery. And you have nowhere to turn, and no one you think will understand, contact me through social media. And I will be an ear to listen. No, there is no charge for this. I don't believe that you can put a price on life. And if it gets to the point where someone simply cannot take it anymore, I would never ask them for money, it kind of goes to why I started the program and why I do have a monetary place in value. So we can never let anybody get there. We can fulfill you before you become empty. Another key component of my mission is to provide education and resources on mental health awareness. I firmly believe that understanding the root causes of emotional suffering can empower individuals to take proactive steps toward wellness. On this website, you will find blog posts, guides, and tools designed to help you recognize the warning signs of mental health struggles—both in yourself and in others. Knowledge is power, and by equipping people with the right information, we can work together to create a culture of compassion, understanding, and support. It’s not just about preventing crises; it’s about building a foundation for lasting emotional health.
